“ Clean, friendly. Excellent value for money. Good choice and tasty food. Would definitely recommend ”
“ . Situated right on the mainroad on the left hand side as you come in from Parentis, (opposite side of road from posher Pinede restaurant), this is a simple family-run bistrot where you get good food, loads of it, and excellent value. It has an enormous car park at the side and round the back; never any problem in parking here. There is a bright terrace at the front, on the road side (but there's not that much traffic), and another lovely one at the other side from the car-park. Both are very pleasant on summer evenings. There is a fixed-price menu - "le menu" which has a good selection of dishes. Weekend evenings it's more expensive, but you get more expensive stuff. Friday evening we had a self-service buffet of hors-d'oeuvres, followed by Confit de canard for one and Côtelette de veau (enormous) for the other, with real potatoes made into chips or green beans, then home-made puds. Drinks were included in the price. Helene does the cooking (except when she was on maternity leave, when her sister stepped in.) Her husband and enormous dog run the waiting, with a nephew or two to help out on occasion. Family feeling, very friendly and anxious to please. Most certainly worth visiting - there's a lovely atmosphere, you really feel part of the community. . ”
“ Wow. This little hole in the wall will make your entire vacation. The produce is fresh, the portions are beautiful and the service is top notch. And best of all the prices are more then reasonable, 20 euros for foie gras, steak and a lovely dessert?!! I wish i lived next door, i would go here every day. ”
“ Great quality meals with very good price/quality. We had a salad landaise and bavette with a challotte sauce and St Jaques mussles. Very friendly staff. Very nice wine with it (my French is very bad, so couldn't understand the wine's name :) ). ”
“ Wonderful small restaurant. The 3 course menu was a good price, nice selection and beautiful food. I loved this place. X ”
